I am here to help you become the best version of you that you can be. I want my students to reach higher limits and to pursue improvement not only in martial arts but collectively improving and attaining discipline, self-confidence and physical ability. I began martial arts as a child with boxing, then I wrestled in high school and began training in mixed martial arts shortly after graduating. I have over 13 consecutive years experience in competing in combat sports at the collegiate, amateur and professional level. I have acquired a lot of knowledge in martial arts and I aim to spread that knowledge with my team and my students. I also have over 7 years of personal training experience, over 3 years of experience with the kids program; working with people of all ages, levels, shapes and sizes from age 4 and up.
